3D bar charts
A three-dimensional bar chart control added to the pack. The BarChart3D class supports:

~ customizable width, height and depth of the 3D model
~ positive and negative values on all three axes
~ offset on all three axes
~ several different layout modes for multiple series

~ two layout modes for pies
~ detached pieces
~ customizable start angle
