Currently I am using trial version for prototype.
Please let me know, How to place nodes in Circuit diagram format without specifying bounds (position). Please see attached figure.  Always node should in specific place in a diagram(like Compressor on top,  expansion on bottom).  Please provide me sample in win form.

The control does not implement automatic layout of circuit diagrams at this time. If you don't mind displaying them in more flowchart-ish way, you might try applying FlowchartLayout, DecisionLayout or LayeredLayout after creating nodes. The latter lets you select start and end nodes.

OrthogonalLayout should be closest to your example as a drawing convention, however it does not arrange the nodes top-down, but places them in a way that minimizes link bends instead. E.g. the four connected nodes from your example would be placed at the corners of a square to avoid bends instead at side center points.
