LoadFromStream exception - out of memory

This function sometimes giving me issue when the stream contains image. It does not happen in all the PC, but it happened on some others.. Wondering what could have cause the problem.

Read the exception stack, seems like when it try to load the image in the stream cause it. Any solution?

Please post the stack trace. Does the stream contain only diagram's bytes, or also your application's data?
