what does this means "...components for 12 platforms including..." what was meant to say here by "platforms" ?

Hi,

If you are referring to the Diagramming Pack product, we mean it in sense of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computing_platform as a combination of operating systems / runtimes / software frameworks.
