Routing of link behaving a bit strange

Hi,

I have a node with a single anchor point in the middle. I have set node Obstacle = false.

Routing is a bit wonky, seems like the link always wants to exit in the north while I would be perfectly happy if it exits south when the connecting node is south.

Any advice?

Greetings,
Kim

Hi Kim,

Seems the grid router expects that a link is connected to a node's border, and the node is a obstacle (for VicinityCost to pull away the link from the node), so it's totally at a loss about how to proceed in your case Undecided We'll try to add support for it for upcoming release. You might as well add four anchor points at the sides instead of one at the center and see how it will work with RoutingOptions.Anchoring = Reassign.
