I need show diagram inside visible screen for this what should i do ? As i am using setZoomFactor API but this doesn't work for me. Can you please suggest me an proper way to achieve this?

Try calling Diagram.zoomToFit(); It should zoom enough to fit inside the parent Div of diagram's Canvas, it's up to you to set appropriate size for that Div.
