Title: UI controls for Winforms?
Post by MarkAGr on Jul 2nd, 2018 at 8:02am
Hi, where to I put questions/bug reports for UI.Controls for Winforms?

In the meantime, I'll leave the question here ... I've been having a problem with ItemActive event ... this only appears to be triggered when the tab or titlebar is clicked ... it's not triggered when the content of the window is clicked in and changed (the titlebar/frame changes colour - BUT no ItemActive is triggered. - Is this a BUG or am I doing somthing stupid?)

Oh, and is there an event when a dockItem is deActivated ?

And ... if I select a none-tabbed item ... then select the top/currently exposed tabbed item ... I get two ItemActivated messages ... is this normal behavior?

It'll save a lot of execution if it occurs only once!

Hi,

Here's a new forum board for Windows Forms controls. Our developer will check the activation events.

This build adds ItemDeactivated event and should raise activated one more consistently -

Is it possible to have an active dockItem to cause an ItemDeactivated event before it is closed?

We'll try to implement that in next couple of days.
