each node must be comes from database..

Create a web service that returns your DB records in JSON format, and then create nodes from the service' response as shown in first couple of tutorials here -

That all depends on what programming language your server application runs on and your database schema, and generally you should acquire some basic knowledge in database programming if you'll be doing anything with databases.
