using the XML Viewer version 2.1 beta: when I open an XML document with text in Russian and open the source window (Alt+X), all Cyrillic letters are displayed as question marks, e.g. <name>??????????</name>. They are displayed fine in the tree on the left.

forgot to mention the same happens in the 'Edit Item' window (Alt+Enter)

Which Windows version do you use ? Is it by chance Win98 or ME ?
