That looks like a "bevel" effect. We'll try to implement it in FlowChart.NET this week.

Yes, we have something similar but it is not very pretty yet, so we haven't released it. If you have the source code, define the _EFFECTS symbol in the project properties dialog and rebuild to see what it looks like.

Unfortunately I don't have the source.

I'm still running on 3.2, but I must admit seeing 3D boxes would make me upgrade - any idea when we might see them?
