Strange red lines when zooming out

When zooming out red lines appear on the drawing area to mark the lower boundaries. The strange thing is that an extra pair of lines turns up in the middle of the area. They can only be seen if a symbol is covering some part of them.

Try drawing a very large symbol in the middle of the drawing area and zoom out to 75%. When I do this the red lines turn up. A bug or my mistake?

Sorry, it turned out to be a bug from a developer on our side. We add the lines to mark user set boundaries and this does not work to well.
