	Ah and the help keeps a comin Thanks a bundle this was not a total loss for me as due to the error I have now found that the built in appointment and recurrence forms suit our needs so it has help me remove a load of useless code that was basically reinventing the wheel. Also re the connection string.....EVEN BETTER Thanks for all your help guys
