Docking a diagram

Hi, I am new to WPF and am trying to dock a Wpfdiagram inside a ScrollViewer so that resizing the window also resizes the diagram. The diagram can be bigger than the ScrollViewer window, but should never be smaller. It seems like it should be simple, what am I missing?

It seems the scroll viewer does not assign to the control it contains more space than the size returned by the control's Measure method. You could try handling the SizeChanged event of the viewer and resize diagram.Bounds if DocToClient(Bounds) is smaller than the available size.
