Hi,
Sometimes there is a dash border around the diagram.

Hi,

I suppose this is the keyboard focus indicator. There is a FocusVisualStyle property defined in FrameworkElement that might help you hide the focus frame. You can see some sample code in the MSDN topic on FocusVisualStyle.
