In my application, I have some Shape Nodes in which I have added my custom anchor point at Top Right Corner of the node.

Requirement:

1). When mouse is over the anchor point, cursor should change to Pen cursor and Diagram's behavior should change to DrawLinks.

2). If Mouse is over the anchor point and user drag the mouse from this point to another node than a link should be drawn.

3). If Mouse is over the anchor point and user just pass through it than mouse pointer and diagram's behavior should reset.

Problem:

We have done with the implementation for point 1 and 2 but for 3 we are facing some problem. For 3rd point, we are not able to find a place where we reset the behavior and cursor.

Is it possible to have some event with anchor point or is there any other way to solve this problem?
