There is no printing API in Silverlight, so you can't print the diagram directly from the client side. The suggested solution by Microsoft is to pass the data that should be printed to the server and generate HTML from it, that the users could print from their browser. In this case, you might create a bitmap image or PDF and let the client print it.

On the client side you could call the CreateImage or SaveToPng method to export the diagram to a bitmap, though I don't know if that will help you print the diagram from the Silverlight app.

I don't know of any way to print a PDF from the ASP.NET process. Why not let the user open the PDF in their browser and print from there?
