I upgraded fromn 2.3.1 to 2.3.3...

Along with many changes related to font and text... Now I can't find the equivalent for the CaptionFormat.Alignment property to center my captions in the tablenode.

What is the Caption property for alignment in tablenodes?

It's the TextAlignment property defined in DiagramItem. Additionally there's the DiagramItem.Text property you can use now; it let's you get item's text regardless of its type. The Caption property just forwards to the Text getter or setter.
