The similiar question already took place. When the width of the ShapeNode rectangle node less than 8 I can't move them by mouse. But by keyboard it can be moved...

This happens if you create (programmatically) a node smaller than diagram.MinimumNodeSize. As a work-around you can set a smaller MinimumNodeSize value.
