Set a large UndoManager.History.Capacity value.

I wouldn't set it to more than a few thousands. The control creates a record containing saved property values, position, relations etc. for each action and that might add up to lots of RAM usage if the application runs for a long time. And the user probably wouldn't like to undo more than a few commands anyway; it might be better to implement some sort of auto-save / revert functionality in the application if you must provide an easy way to undo lots of changes.
