This is a maintenance release that fixes problems reported after the 2.8 release and adds a few client-requested features:

~ fixed a bug where dragging multiple selected items in VirtualizingDiagram would not update the coordinates in the respective data items;
~ fixed a bug where printing custom controls hosted in DiagramNodeAdapters did not position child elements correctly for some types of panels;
~ the ContainerNode.Foldable property is now serialized in XML files;
~ CaptionBackBrush property added to ContainerNode;
~ custom controls hosted in a ContainerNode are now removed from the container by dragging them fully outside of its boundaries which is consistent with how regular nodes are removed (old version removed hosted controls if the mouse leaves the container);
~ the space allocated for the fold/unfold icon of foldable containers is now taken into consideration when centering container caption;
