When i load a diagram (own procedure) with nodes and diagram links, i see the control points of the diagram links by placing the mouse of the diagram link. However, some diagram links do not show the control points, but are normally activated. So when i press del key the diagram link will be removed. When i delete the diagram link and create a new one the control points appear normally.

Have you ever heard about this?
