Increasing the size of diagramview/diagram

The diagrams I am presently working on are a tree structure with upto/more than 1000 nodes, and 7-8 levels. When I draw these many nodes horizontally or vertically, some nodes are not visible in DiagramView and I cannot scroll to some of the nodes (It does not let me). Please let me know how to fix it.

Call ResizeToFitItems after arranging the tree.
