Hi,

This is a bug. A fixed version of the assemblies can be downloaded from here:

https://mindfusion.eu/_temp/MindFusion.Scheduling.fix.zip

Let me know if this helps.

Regards,
Meppy

I really apologise for the continual questions, however I now have the following error which is occurring when the export items event is called. "The server is not available. Contact your administrator of this condition persists." I have researched this error and found plenty of information on it but can't find anything that I can do without source code. (I have confirmed the network is connected and outlook is connected to the server). Sorry Meppy.  Undecided

Hi,

Do you get this error every time or did it start appearing at some point? Have you managed to successfully export or import items? Also, do you get a stack trace when this error happen?

Meppy

I have been through everything I can and I have something to try tomorrow (getting late here). I found something on the net about a corrupt archive folder causing this issue for someone connecting to outlook. The computer the error is occurring on has multiple archive folders. I will let you know how I go (wish I'd found this before asking you).

Okay, This worked.  Cheesy  I tried to open each archive until I got to one which gave me the same error message. I removed this archive and the export works 100% correctly. Not sure why this occurs as I wasn't exporting to the archive folder but it must attempt to open it in the background.

Meppy............ Roll Eyes ...... What are the chances of having the export function save the Mindfusion appointment Id in to the OutlookItem "Mileage" field? Undecided . I feel bad asking but this would make it so much easier to edit and delete outlook events.

Hi,

Try out the version below. It adds a new event to the OutlookExporter class - ItemExported - which lets you transfer additional fields between MindFusion.Scheduling items and their newly created Outlook counterparts during export.
