I cant seem to make this work.

So we are looking into purchasing this product but cant seem to make it work properly.

By default it should show you both the Shift key (ex. A) and the one without shift (ex. a).

It is showing me only the capital letters  Cry .

I am not setting any custom styles or keyboards for now and still...

What am I doing wrong?

Does the sample application installed with the control show lower-case characters? What keyboard languages do you have installed on your system?
