	This is to help others that run into the same problem I did. The exception that the keyboard assembly could not be loaded was thrown when I used VK in a project. It's a Visual Studio issue which can be resolved by adding x:Name="anyname" to the VK control in XAML. See https://stackoverflow.com/a/41605335/3657408
