i am not able to find linkTextEditing event in mindfusion latest library for npm package.

We've never had this event in JavaScript library, I guess you've seen it in some of our diagram libraries for other platforms. We'll try to add it for next release. Until it's available, you could handle linkTextEdited and reset the link's text to eventArgs.getOldText() instead of rejecting from validation event.
