Nodes moving to random positions when altering link origin

Hi,

I am enabling users to change link origins. I have realised however that subordinate nodes will move to random positions when moving parent or grandparent nodes when the link origin has been re-assigned.

Please see that in the demo below the link origin is altered a few times and then the root node of the diagram is moved. This cause the destination node of the link to move in a random direction.

Demo

Kind regards
Danesh

Hi,

By subordinate nodes do you mean ones attached to parent by calling attachTo method? I imagine you could get such doubled offsets if the subordinate somehow stays attached to both new and previous parent node. If you are attaching child nodes from linkModified event, try also calling detach beforehand.
