Control Export QCE / ITAR and EAR

Good Morning,

One customer would require the following information to allow installation of MindFusion redistributables. Could you please kindly share the following ?

Are MindFusion redistributables controlled by ITAR, and if yes share the US ML and if the product is Significant Military equipment.

Are MindFusionredistributables controlled by EAR and if yes share the ECCN Classification

Good morning,

Our libraries are not part of the US munitions list and therefore we are not controlled by ITAR. The export code under ECCN system should be EAR99.
