How to make "CART2" and "ProductsRange" at the same Y axis ?

Hi,

Y value of design-time coordinates for all items larger than DataRange's Y is offset by how much the range expands in runtime. You could avoid that by either setting label's Y smaller than range's one (e.g. 47.9) or by placing them in SideBySideContainer:
