Returns the 0-based index of the specified column.

 Parameters

column

A Header instance that represents a grid column.

 Return Value

The index of column, or -1 if the specified header represents a row or a group of child columns.

 Remarks

Only works for bottommost headers. If the specified column is a group header, returns -1.
