An instance of MindFusion.Drawing.Pen class. Default is a black Pen, width 1.
RemarksUse OuterLabelBorder to specify the border around outer labels. The border rectangle is filled with OuterLabelBackground. Space between the outer label and its border is specified with OuterLabelBorderMargin.
