Doubts in FlowChartX Professional

Hello!

I work in a software manufacturer (SoftExpert – www.softexpert.com) and we need to change our current flowchart component in our process mapping system. We checked the On-line Demo for the FlowChartX Pro component and installed the trial version to test your product and it proved to be very helpful and a user-friendly interface.

However, for our purchasing FlowChartX Professional, we would like to clear up 2 doubts:

1 – We couldn’t view a web example which has a Container Box. We saw, through Trial FlowChartX Pro Examples that is possible to group items in containers, however, we couldn’t testity it in the Web version. We tried to make a HTML example page inserting a Container Box but the available component doesn’t allow this, just in the Professional version. Is there a way we could view Container Boxex on the Web, instead of using the Standard path (http://www.mind-fusion.com/fcx_std_30x_trial.CAB), could we use the Professional path temporarily?

2 – We checked the end-of-line break in the text inside the flowchart boxes and it wasn’t displayed correctly. Currently, when we put a text with line-break it displayed some strange characters instead of the line-break. Has this problem been solved?

Thank you for your kind attention and we await for your reply.

Sincerely yours,

Rafael Ambrosini

Hi!

Here is a freshly built CAB for FlowChartX Pro:

http://www.mind-fusion.com/fcx_pro_trial.CAB

The Pro version CLSID is

{F025BF4E-4081-4c02-86E6-6602AEE846F6}

Re text breaks, make sure you use a multi-line TextStyle for boxes, e.g. any style whose ID  finishes in "ML" or any of the "fit to polygon" styles.

Sincerely,
