can I select several Controlhosts by CTRL+Left Mouseclick, like it works with Boxes in a flowchart diagram?

That's not possible at this time. It seems the Ctrl button is detected only when clicking in the flowchart. So ctrl+clicking near the controlhost borders works, but not when clicking inside the controls themselves. We'll try to implement in next release detection of Ctrl when the focus is in a hosted control.
