Is there a way to set the size of the modification handles? Because they are quite small and hard to use. It might be due to the fact that I've put the MeasureUnit-property on 'Pixel' instead of the default 'Millimeter'...

Yes, use the FlowChart.SelHandleSize property to set a larger size for the selection handles.
