Do you mean the tooltips displayed for buttons in the shape toolbar ?

It seems possible, try using the Buttons collection to access the toolbar buttons and set their ToolTipText property. The buttons are recreated if you change the shape filter, so you must reassign the tooltips each time you add or remove shapes.
