When i try to print my diagram +/- images in table header rows and image in Box are not scaled properly.
Is it a bug or maby its my fault?

It depends on the MeasureUnit. Pixel and Display units do not work well with printer devices, so if you use any of these, try switching to Millimeter or Point when printing.

Could you provide some example how to switch from Pixels to Millimeters with scaling nodes?

If you use ScaleToPage before printing or previewing the diagram, the output should look pretty much the same with both pixels and millimeters. Otherwise, you could use graphics.DpiX/Y or Graphics.TransformPoints to find out how many pixels there are in a logical unit, and then scale the print output in that unit so it looks the same size as the on-screen diagram defined in pixels.
