There is no direct correspondence between the Visio object attributes and the FlowChart.NET ones, so you can't use .VDX as the storage format for your FlowChart.NET diagrams. I.e. when you export to Visio, some of the FlowChart.NET data will be lost, and when you import from Visio, some of the Visio data will be lost - the import/export libraries approximate or ignore some object attributes when they don't have an exact counterpart in Visio/Flowchart.NET.
