The chart (plot area)  brush?

I am developing a program with MasterChart but i don't know how to get a part of the chart background (the plot area) to be painted in a given color (mark the region).

The Masterchart version 3 beta lets you display rectangular background stripes in different colors, as set via the HorGridPoints, HorGridBrushes, VertGridPoints, VertGridBrushes properties. Coloring non-rectangular background regions is not possible at this time.
