Selection droping

I have a week view, and I want the user to drag a date range, then right click and select, full day, AM or PM. However when you right click, the range is stored great, but the visible selection disappears..

Is there a setting to tell the calendar to keep the selection highlighted?  Roll Eyes

Cheers..

The selection should not change when you right-click in the control, it only changes on left clicks.

As far as I can understand you want the user to be able to select a range of dates, then right-click in the calendar and choose an option for the selected dates from a context menu. Is that what you want to achieve?

I have a weekview, (the same as the unlimited scrolling example)

Just to clarify, its not strickly what I said...

I drag the range, I right click, (I have a context menu) and the selected dates disappears just before the context menu shows. If I look at the calendar properties, only the right clicked day is in the Selected.Range...

Thanks...

Are you sure you are not changing the selection manually through code before displaying the context menu? I am testing here and right-clicking does not seem to affect the selection in any way.

Also, which version of the control you are using - for .NET 1.1. or for .NET 2.0?

Thanks,
Meppy

Ignore me Meppy, I'm being a muppet.

I used the contextMenu from the clipboard example, which sets the day in the code...
