Anchor point tool tips

I have two blocks, each with anchor points on them. The anchor points have tool stips set which display OK when I just hover over them. I then try to create an arrow from a point on one block to a point on the second block. Whilst the arrow is being created, is there a way to get the destination anchor point to display it's tool tip as the mouse hovers over?

You can get the destination anchor point by handling the LinkCreating event and checking the AnchorIndex event argument. You might have to use your own ToolTipControl to display the tooltip.
