Fill whole cell with appointment

Hi all,

Is it possible to fill a whole (day) cell with one appointment?

These are my settings for my calendar:
Currentview: List
GroupType: GroupByContacts

I know i can adjust Itemsettings.Size, but i want
to do this dynamically.

If there are two appointments in a day, space should be divided over appointments.

I hope this is clear for you all...
