How does panning work? In JDiagram 2, can I pan the diagram by holding down one of the mouse button and drag to scroll right or down so as to see the remaining part of the diagram? Does any of your sample programs demonstrate this feature? A code sample will be helpful. Thanks.

You could call DiagramView.setBehavior(Behavior.Pan) to enable panning. Or otherwise hold down ALT to pan in any of the other view Behavior modes.

I hope that helps,

A couple of questions.

1) Able to pan with JDiagram; but no panning symbol while panning (as seen in the .Net version)

2) We want the default behavior to either draw an arrow or pan the diagram while hold down ALT. We try DiagramView.setBehavior(Behavior.DrawLinks | Behavior.Pan); but that seems to enable all behaviors and not just limit them to these two.

1) We'll implement it for the official 2.0 release.

2) The Behavior values are mutually exclusive. If you mean you need to pan without ALT, and still be able to draw links if the mouse is over a node,  handle the DiagramView's mouseMoved() event and set the Behavior depending on the result of getNodeAt().

I hope that helps,
