Is it fair to say, do you think, that if .Behaviour = bhDoNothing that the cursor shouldn't change shape when over the drag handles of a selected box?

Absolutely 8) Anyway, you might override the cursor like this

fcx.SetMouseCursor mcCurrent, vbArrow, False

BTW, mcCurrent isn't defined in the help file I downloaded with the v4.1.5 help file.
