	I have found something odd when drawing a new Diagramlink. When drawing a new DiagramLink the diagramlink doesn't snaps to Nodeborder even if Diagram.LinksSnapToBorders is set to true. But when I'm modyfing a diagramlink the SnapToNodeBorder works great. /Patrick

	The SnapToNodeBorder value is considered only while modifying a link. After a customer's request, we made the Java version of the control consider it also while creating, so I suppose our developer can easily port it back to Flowchart.NET if you need it that much 8) Stoyan

	Since we consider it a problem so if you could implement it to the .Net version we would be very happy
