The Powers That Be are today discussing the project for which we'll need FCX.

As this is going to be used in a commercial product, I've been asked to ask if either the source is available or if you will enter in to an Escrow agreement.

Yes, you can purchase a license with source code. The code is in C++ and uses the ATL and WTL libraries.
