hi,
   on a click of Button then on click of a Mouse action on Diagramview  i am creating new nodes.

Can you please help me on highlighting the created node.

i tried with setselected(true), but it use to fire Deselected node,which will complicate my persistence of data on selected each node

You could detach the Deselected handler from the event before calling SetSelected, and attach it again afterwards.
