overlapping links

Hi there

As an example; I have two nodes with two links between them that convey different information in their text fields. The two links overlap when created under program control, which makes the text unreadable.

Is there a method to keep the links separated and not overlapping.

regards

Hi Doug,

Check if OrthogonalLayout.Arrange() works for you. Note that the class is called OrthogonalRouter if you are using v5.2 pre-release build.

Firstly; a happy New Year to you. Orthogonal works but does not provide the overall appearance that I need. I may have to use the bezier and manually separate the links to enable the text to be seen.

I also use LinkTextStyle.Rotate for the text to follow the link line. I just need the two links to somehow repel each other halfway between the nodes so that the links both arc between the nodes (not straight lines) to ensure the text is readable.   I hope this makes sense.

After doing some reading of the develoeprs guide; is it possibe via program control to manipulate the DrawAdjustmentHandles for the links between two nodes to spread the links apart?
