HI,
   Can you help me how to make use of  CTRL+RightClick Mouse action to move the Diagram view placed in Scroll Pane.

Hi,

There is built-in support for this, but uses ALT + Left mouse button. This cannot be mapped to another key or button at this time.

Though it is possible to call setBehavior(Behavior.Pan) to make the left mouse button pan the view without holding ALT, and you could try setting this from the keydown handler from some key.
