I want to drag&Drop nodeDiagram from one nodeParent each either nodeParent.

Is there realization for it?

Do you mean a drag-and-drop operation in a tree, where you can move a node to a different branch of the tree? You could implement that from the NodeModified handler. There you can call GetNodesAt to find if there us a parent node under the current mouse positions, remove the link from the old parent and create a new link from the new parent to the dragged node.
