When an item contained in a ContainerNode is removed from the diagram, is not removed from ContainerNode.Children

This version should fix that:

Note that containers now automatically add nodes dropped over them as children. You can set AllowAddChildren and AllowRemoveChildren to false to revert to the old behavior.
